The Dime Roll: 8 Real Life Calamities to Watch for, Millennial Conundrums, Flying Cars, and More

April 21, 2017

TGIF. It's always fun to look ahead to the weekend, but if you were one of the thousands who turned out for Denver's 4/20 celebration, you may be especially glad that the end of the week is nigh. Speaking of 4/20, w'eve got a timely piece about the pseudo holiday's star crop, and its impact on the Centennial State since Coloradans voted to legalize it in 2012. Plus, did you know that from 2009 to 2014, Denver had a net annual gain of 12,682 people between the ages of 25 and 34? That puts it at the top of the list for metro areas nationwide. What further sets Denver apart, though, is the fact that its millennials are more likely to have jobs and make higher wages than their peers in other major cities. Pretty interesting stuff. And, of course, we've also compiled for you some of the best links from around the web (like...did you know that flying cars are a REAL thing?!).
